I bought and returned 2 Nike shirts…

I bought and returned 2 Nike shirts from Champs. I waited over a month for my return and decided to use Live Chat to inquire about it since most reputable merchants post credits within 3-10 business days. Customer service agent "Rose" asked me for my tracking number and date of return and the address I returned it to. I provided her the information along with their address as listed online on their own website on Martin Grove Rd. She replied stating this is not their returns department and that I mailed it to the wrong place. I said excuse me, Google search how to return items to Champs and she said the are trying to find out why that address is still listed on their webisite??? This company is obviously run by imbeciles! She then stated that I should have contacted them directly regarding returns if I had any questions when this is the 21st century implying that this was somehow my fault- right... I am still on live chat with her, but who would know since she's apparently still trying to find out what can be done in this case. Looking at all the 1 star reviews I'm sure most of us would rate them in the negative if it was possible. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

New MB. 01 / Kimmery

I would like to personally thank Kimmery over at the Champs toll free number *******813. She was very courteous and knowledgeable in the shoes I was looking for, the new PUMA MB. 01 LaMelo Ball shoes and she assisted me in placing my order. This was after some real speedbumps with other shoe companies trying to obtain these new release basketball shoes for my son's birthday. I am happy that I could find them at a legitimate sports company like Champs and not have to use a secondary website that I know nothing about. Thank you once again Kimmery for your excellent service today! I am not able to submit the picture but my order but it's V*******932

I had a great experience ordering shoes from the website. The shoes were a great price. I ordered on 7/28/22 and had the shoes on 7/31.

Sent order to the wrong store now my order is lost 😡

I ordered the Jordan XXXVI for my son on July 10th to be delivered to my local Champs Sports store with a delivery date July 25th. Checked tracking on the 24th it stated it was delivered to the wrong mall at 5:36am and it was being sent back to the vendor. Called CS and was told a lie. Rep stated my order was being sent to the correct store(another lie). I’m never received a call from store stating my order was ready for pick up. Called CS again and was told that they can’t find my order and the size is no longer available. I could’ve went to the store and purchased from another store if I would’ve been told the truth. I’ll never order from them online Ever Again. Only have 1 star cause I couldn’t rate a no star.

Horrible Support And Website

Site canceled my order with no reason provided and support was not helpful at all. They were very rude and the site is always glitching or has some sort of bug.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Champs has the worst customer service. Ordered a 6.5GS online, received, tried on 1 time, sent back for exchange for a size 7GS. They claim the shoe is “dirty” and they refuse to issue a refund or exchange. If your warehouse sends a dirty shoe, that’s on your warehouse. They called me a liar and stated I had the shoe for more than 30 days when I clearly have all the receipts from UPS with date and time stamps. Awful business. Will never give them my business again.

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my kids birthday and paid for 2 day shipping. The item did not arrive and when I called they couldn’t even tell me where the item was. To add, they told me I had to wait 4-6 days in order to get a refund. The supervisor Peter was very incompetent and non caring. How do you charge people for a service you can’t honor. It is now day 3 and my kids birthday and still no sneakers or info as to where the sneakers are. False advertising, I will never do business with them again

Rip Off

I ordered a pair of shoes online from champssport.com. Unfortunately, it didn't fit and also I didn't like the model. I went to one of the champs sports stores to return it. They did not give a full refund. They charged $7 as a restocking fee!!!!! What terrible customer service. Please stay away from their website and don't order anything from them.

Fake Jordans

Recently bought a new pair Jordan 13 Court Purple, didn't even waste a second before I realized that they gave me fake Jordans. The price's looked reasonable so I was kind of surprised, then again I also should have looked at the reviews. I'm not completely sure if all of there shoe brands are fake, but most Jordan's are. If you're looking to buy some Jordan's, don't shop here.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM POOR SERVICE

I ordered some shoes that I had brought that was a new release and I never had got the shoes inside the box was a bag of tape that was different colors. When I contact champs that told me that they could do nothing about at. These mothers$#*!ers don't deserve a dollar nor a star in that case. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I HOPE THAT YALL THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE PURCHASING YALL MIGHT NOT GET YOURS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

How long does it take to deliver online ordered shoes

A:

You may never get them. Even if you click the link and check your order status and it says, "fully shipped" that does not mean you are getting your shoes. They will not notify you if they do not have them in stock - even though they said they did when you placed your order. Just waited over a month and made a couple of phone calls through the wait period. Endured being on hold and on the phone for over 1.5 hours. Was told a week ago that they would be sent. Today find out that they knew then that they didn't have them.
